These Apple Nachos are the best 5 minutes dessert or afternoon snack. Topped with almond butter, coconut flakes, cacao nibs and crunchy granola.

If you’re looking for a fun snack or light dessert idea, these apple nachos are going to blow your mind. Now, I grew up eating apples and peanut butter (straight from the jar) as an after-school snack. I can’t be alone on this one!

But apple nachos are like apples and nut butter on steroids. They’re so fun to put together too! You can top them with anything your heart desires.

My favorite toppings are granola (I love the crunch it adds), shredded coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and almond butter. I’ve also used melted chocolate, which I highly recommend.

I made these for the first time when we were up our lake house for Memorial Day weekend and knew that I had to recreate them once I got home!

I had seen the idea somewhere on Pinterest and knew I just had to try them because it combines all of my favorite foods. I found myself getting in a little bit of a snack rut and this brought me right out of it 🙂

I had the opportunity to share this recipe on Twin Cities Live! Catch the segment below.
