Drinking hot lemon water first thing in the morning is one of those habits that I encourage everyone to incorporate into their morning routines. It takes all of 3 minutes to heat up a mug of water and squeeze half of a lemon. I like to sip on this when I’m making my Radiant Green Smoothie!

    Hopping on this train as well. Mrs. G encouraged me to start drinking pure, unfiltered “with the mother” Apple Cider Vinegar in water to help with my GERD. I think it would taste even better in warm water with the lemon in there!
