Avocados are on my list of top foods I couldn’t survive without. I eat one every single day! I use them in smoothies, put them on salads, inside wraps, you name it. One of my favorites though has to be avocado toast!
Avocados are quite the nutrient powerhouse:

- Loaded with heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids

5-Minute Avocado Toast
This simple 5-minute avocado toast is a great breakfast, snack, or light lunch. It's full of healthy fats and fiber to keep you feeling satisfied.
Ingredients
- ½ Avocado mashed
- 1 slice of Sourdough or Gluten-Free Bread toasted
- 1 Radish thinly sliced
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Toast slice of bread.
- Top with avocado, using a fork to smash .
- Top with salt, pepper, and radish slices.
