Creamy chocolate pudding made with fiber-rich avocados makes for the perfect, healthy, dairy-free sweet treat! Made with avocados, cacao powder, nut milk, and sweetened with maple syrup.
Let me just preface this by saying, avocado pudding is one of the most nutritionally dense desserts out there. Avocados are a superfood! They are full of heart-healthy fats, folate, and carotenoids. Not to mention, they taste AMAZING.
Long gone are the days of avocados only being used for guacamole (not that guacamole shouldn’t still be a staple). Now, it’s common to find them on toast, in smoothies, brownies, and even cakes! Who would have thought avocados could be so versatile?
Avocados are technically a fruit. However, unlike most fruit which are primary sources of carbohydrates, avocados are a great source of healthy fats. These healthy fats are vital for luscious hair and glowing skin. If that’s not enough of a reason to eat them, then I don’t know what is!

The best part about this pudding is that it only contains a handful of ingredients and five minutes to whip together. It’s that simple! I love adding toppings to spice it up even more. One of my favorite combinations is shredded coconut and chocolate chips. You can also try adding chopped nuts or fresh fruit.
