A warming golden milk latte that’s perfect for an afternoon drink. It has amazing healing properties like reducing stress and inflammation.
“Golden Milk” has been all the rave in 2017. Coffee shops are now offering these golden drinks as an alternative to a typical latte. This beautiful color is created by Turmeric. Turmeric is a very traditional Ayurvedic* spice that has been used for its healing properties for centuries. This vibrant yellowish, orange spice is well-known for it’s antibiotic and anti-inflammatory properties.
*Ayurveda is the world’s oldest form of medicine that focuses on the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I will be writing more in depth on this topic.
Happy sipping 🙂
