Try these no-bake bites made with all just a few ingredients! We’re talking about walnuts, vanilla protein powder, tahini, almond butter, coconut nectar, ground flax seeds, and cinnamon. Seriously yum. You might want to double the batch!
I made these bites on a whim when I was hungry for an afternoon snack, but didn’t want anything too sweet. These are the perfect balance of sweet and nutty.
I used Soom Foods Tahini in this recipe and it worked perfectly. This has been my favorite tahini lately! The consistency is smooth and creamy and works so well in this recipe.

No Bake Almond Butter Tahini Bites
Ingredients
- ½ cup Walnuts
- 1 scoop Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder
- 2 Tbs Almond Butter
- 2 Tbs Tahini
- 2 Tbs Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 Tbs Ground Flaxseeds
- 2 Tbs Cacao Nibs
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Add walnuts and ground flax seeds to a food processor or a high-speed blender and blend until the walnuts are finely ground.
- In a bowl, mix protein powder, almond butter, tahini, coconut nectar, cacao nibs, and cinnamon.
- Add the ground walnuts and flax seeds and mix until well combined.
- If the mixture is too thick, add more almond butter or tahini. If the mixture is too thin, add more protein powder. It should be thick and scoopable.
- Scoop out 2-Tbsp amounts and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet. You should have about 8-10 bites.
- Set in the freezer or refrigerator to firm up.
